Welcome to The Black Swan.

Nestled on the prettiest of high streets, The Black Swan is a charming Grade II listed pub with an abundance of original features, such as wooden beams and exposed bricks, that has been recently refurbished and has a new friendly and experienced team who can’t wait to meet you.

From the traditional Tudor frontage, the wooden floors and the atmospheric low ceilings as you step inside, to the inglenook fireplace and cosy snugs, The Black Swan has bags of character.  We’ve added a new oak-framed extension housing a bright, colourful and contemporary garden dining area that leads out onto a decking area surrounded by a picket fence and seasonal planters for the perfect dining al fresco moment.

We’ve also got a number of picnic benches outside for casual dining and a refreshing drink whilst enjoying the sunshine and a car park right to the pub.

Heartwood Inns are renowned for serving fresh, seasonal food alongside perfectly poured pints, an expertly curated wine list and a delicious selection of cocktails, The Black Swan really does have something for everyone, so come and see for yourself!

Dogs are very welcome in our bar and garden areas. Please let us know if you are bringing your four legged friend along so we can reserve you a table within a dog friendly area. Water and treats are free of charge to our canine friends.
